The accommodation is on three floors reached by winding staircases. The Main Bedroom on the top floor has dual aspect views, a luxurious 6 foot wide Adjustamatic bed with massage facility and an adjacent bright new shower room with power shower, wash basin, WC and Velux window.

A cosy Bedroom overlooking the garden with a full sized single built-in bed completes the top floor accommodation.

The Twin Bedroom with dual aspect views is on the first floor. Here can be found a desk, complimentary Broadband internet access, Skype telephone and fax/copier machine.

The first floor Bathroom has an original claw foot bath with shower attachment and garden views, separate shower enclosure with power shower, wash basin and WC.

Downstairs is a good sized Sitting Room with dual aspect views and door to the garden, inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove, TV with satellite channels, DVD, radio and CD player plus an excellent supply of books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, board games and jigsaws.

There is also a large inglenook fireplace with a supply of logs in the Dining Room and the table seats 6 plus a baby chair.

The Kitchen is extremely well equipped with double electric ovens, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and separate washing and drying machines.

Outside a wooden table and chairs can be found under the shady boughs of the apple tree in the idyllic south facing cottage garden and there is parking for two cars in the lane beside the cottage.
